This week at daycare Madeleine is learning shapes. They did an art project today and she had a blast. The she proceeded to "paint" herself with her applesauce at dinner.

Out in the country

We went to visit my parents this weekend and their house. It was finally warm enough to get out and play. Madeleine ran up and down the walkway in the last picture for a good 45 minutes. It come slightly downhill (as she is walking towards the camera) and she LOVED it.

I told Ryan this weekend that we REALLY need to get Madeleine a water table. While this is easy and does not take up much room - it is VERY messy. I think more water ended up on the bathroom floor than anyplace else. But she had fun!

We went to my grandparents this past Sunday for my Grandpa's birthday. The kids decided they wanted great-grandma to make her famous poppy seed cake since it was raining out.
